Distance Reiki is also available for those who prefer to receive healing from the comfort of their own home or who are unable to attend in person. Distance Reiki works with the same intention and connection, allowing healing support to be offered wherever you are. Both options provide a gentle opportunity to support your wellbeing, calm your nervous system, and bring a sense of balance back into your life.

Reiki with Nina
I would like to thank Nina Kemp-Jones for my reiki session. I had never had it before so was a little apprehensive but my goodness it was just amazing!! Nina explained everything before the session in such detail which made me feel completely comfortable and at ease, it's an amazing experience that cant be understood unless you try it...I asked Nina to focus on my arthritic pain and i would highly recommend to give it a go, you won't be disappointed, can't wait to book in for another session, thank you again Twinkle's Abergavenny xx
I have been attending Reiki sessions with Nina on a monthly basis following the death of my dad and stress within the workplace. Nina takes the time to chat with me before the session starts, checking on my well being and asking if anything is worrying me. During the session, I feel at complete ease. The biomat bed provides a safe and relaxing environment. Nina takes the time to concentrate on areas where my chakras may be closed or blocked and easily identifies areas that may be worrying me.
Nina is amazing! I've been in the next room when a Reiki treatment was happening and I could feel the energy switch, the calm, the love....the recalibration towards natural, easy power... Incredible experience
Learn Reiki
I also offers Reiki training from Level 1 through to Reiki Master level for those who feel called to deepen their own practice or learn how to offer Reiki to others. Reiki Level 1 introduces the foundations of Reiki, including understanding energy, self healing, and working with Reiki for yourself and others. Reiki Level 2 allows students to deepen their connection, develop their practice further, and explore working with Reiki on a professional level. Reiki Level 3, or Master level, supports those who feel called to fully embody Reiki, teach others, and continue their journey as a Reiki practitioner and teacher. Nina provides supportive, personal training throughout each stage, helping students build confidence, trust their intuition, and develop their own relationship with Reiki.
